Long Beach 1/2 marathon

Today was the first of many runs...I haven't raced since Kenny has passed...so this morning was bittersweet..today was my "warm up"...getting ready for Detroit next wkd...thank everyone who have donated and special thanks to Connie who was waiting for me at the finish line and my sister, Michelle, who jumped in around mile 10 to help me finish...unfortunately, I had alredy passed that point but she ran to the finish and I was able to see her at the finish line...that's dedication!
